Shot breakdown · adidas “Empower”

From the first sketch
to the final frame.

Every great shot starts with an idea. See how we bring ours to life.

One shot from adidas “Empower” in three stages: a handwritten note (“Back in the ring. Low light, one rim on the gloves. She looks at him, not at us. Wide, hold 4 sec.”), the pencil storyboard drawn from it, and the finished shot of a woman in boxing gloves facing her sparring partner in a dim ring.

Commercial and brand film FAQs

Something else on your mind?

Call 213-315-6197

How much does a commercial cost?

Most commercials start around $10,000–$22,000; cast, locations and how many cutdowns you need move it most. After a 15-minute call, we send a detailed estimate and flag the add-ons projects often need, so nothing surprises you later.

Price your own spot

How long does a 30-second spot take?

Most 30-second commercials take 3 to 6 weeks from concept to final delivery. The shoot itself usually takes 1 to 2 days; the rest goes to planning, editing, color grading, sound design and revisions. Bigger productions can take longer, and we can work to a rush schedule when your air date needs it.

Do you handle casting, locations and permits?

Yes. As a full-service commercial production company in Los Angeles, we handle casting, location scouting, film permits, crew and the production logistics. We take care of the details so you can focus on the creative.

Can you deliver broadcast files and social cutdowns?

Yes. We deliver your commercial formatted for broadcast TV, streaming and social media: the 30-second spot, 15-second cutdowns and vertical versions for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, each made to that platform’s specs.

Do you write the concept and script?

Yes. We can develop your commercial from the ground up: the creative concept, treatment, script, storyboards and shot list. Already have an idea or a script? We’ll refine it with you and bring it to life.

Can you shoot our agency's creative?

Yes. We regularly produce commercials with creative agencies and in-house marketing teams. Bring us in as the full production team, or just for a director, DP and crew; we adapt to your workflow and stay true to your creative.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

It depends on the scope of your project, and your proposal sets out the number of revision rounds before we start. We build time for your feedback into post-production, and we can add more rounds if you need them.

Who owns the footage and usage rights?

You get the agreed usage rights to air and share your finished commercial once it’s paid in full. Raw footage, project files and licensing for music, talent and stock footage are set out in the production agreement, so every usage right is clear before production begins.
