How much does event video production cost in Los Angeles?

It depends on hours on site, cameras, rooms and what you need delivered. A single-camera highlight reel costs far less than multi-camera coverage of every session. The cost calculator gives you a starting range, and after a short call we send a detailed estimate.

How soon after the event do we get the video?

The highlight reel comes first, usually within five days, so you can share it while the event is still fresh. Full session recordings follow within about two weeks, edited, titled and captioned. If you need a same-day recap for social, plan it with us before the event and we will edit on site.

How many cameras do we need?

Most keynotes need two or three cameras: a wide shot of the stage, a close shot of the speaker and, for panels or Q&A, a third angle on the audience or a second speaker. Every extra room needs its own camera. We recommend a setup after we see your agenda and walk the venue.

Can you record audio from the venue's sound system?

Yes. We take a clean feed from the venue's sound board for every talk and back it up with our own recorders and wireless mics, so a dropped feed never costs you a session. We set this up with your AV team on a call before the event.

Can you live stream our event?

Yes. We send a switched multi-camera feed to your streaming platform, your virtual event page or the screens in an overflow room. We test the venue connection ahead of time and record every camera on site, so you still get full-quality footage to edit afterwards.

Do you cover multi-day and multi-room conferences?

Yes. We add a crew for each room and keep one producer running the schedule across all of them, so every session is covered the same way. Extra days and rooms add crew, not planning time. We map the coverage to your agenda on the first call.

Do we need permission to film speakers and attendees?

Usually the organizer covers it: add a filming notice to registration and to signs at the venue, and include recording consent in your speaker agreements. We bring release forms for anyone we interview on camera. If a session or a guest should not be filmed, tell us and we will leave them out.

Who owns the footage and final videos?

You own the finished videos and can use them anywhere: your website, social channels, ads and next year’s ticket sales. If you also want the raw camera files, tell us when we plan the shoot and we will include them in the delivery.
