Music video FAQs

How much does a music video cost in Los Angeles?

It depends on locations, cast and how many shoot days the song needs. After a 15-minute call, we send a detailed estimate before anything is booked, so nothing surprises you later.

How long does a music video take, from treatment to premiere?

Most music videos take 4 to 8 weeks from treatment to final delivery. Simple concepts move faster; multiple locations, big setups or visual effects take longer. We build the schedule around your creative vision and your release date.

Where can we shoot a music video in Los Angeles?

Anywhere the song belongs. We’ve shot in Joshua Tree at golden hour, in downtown LA at night, and in houses and recording studios around the city. Desert, beach, warehouse or your rehearsal room all work.

Do you handle permits, locations and casting?

Yes. We pull FilmLA permits, scout and book locations, and cast actors, dancers and extras when the story needs them.

Do you write the treatment, or bring your own idea?

Either. Send us the track and we’ll write a treatment with references, or bring your concept and we’ll plan the shoot around it. Some of our videos were co-directed with the artist.

Can you cut vertical teasers and a Spotify Canvas too?

Yes. We frame for vertical on set, so the same shoot gives you Reels, TikTok and Shorts teasers, a looping Canvas and release-day posts alongside the premiere.

Can you shoot a live session or performance video?

Yes. We film live sessions on several cameras, from one take in a studio to a full band on location, and work with your engineer so the audio is as good as the picture.

Who owns the footage and the rights?

The artist or label gets the rights to use, distribute and promote the finished music video once it’s paid in full. Raw footage, project files and any licensed material are set out in the production agreement, so everything is clear before you release it.
