They cover the website only. Video production work is covered by the proposal or production agreement we sign with each client, and that agreement takes priority if anything differs.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about our work and services, contact us, request an estimate, or book a call. Please don’t:

• Use it in a way that breaks the law or anyone’s rights
• Try to reach parts of the site, our systems, or other people’s information that you aren’t meant to
• Interfere with how the site works, including by sending spam or malicious code
• Copy, scrape, or collect content or contact details from the site by automated means
• Pretend to be someone else when you contact us

Our content

The films, photos, text, logos, and design on this website belong to Honey Video or to the clients and partners who let us show them. Client logos and work appear with permission and remain theirs.

You can share links to our pages and watch our films for your own reference. Please don’t download, copy, edit, or reuse them without our written permission.

What you send us

When you fill out a form, book a call, or send us a message, please give accurate information and only share what you have the right to share. We use it as described in our Privacy policy.

If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree we can use them without owing you anything.

Estimates, quotes and bookings

Prices shown by our cost calculator or in estimates on the website are starting ranges to help you plan, not offers. A project is confirmed only when we both sign a proposal or production agreement, which sets the scope, price, schedule, and usage rights.

Booking a call is a request for a conversation, not a commitment by either side.

Texts and calls

If you opt in to text messages, our SMS terms apply. Calls may be recorded as described in our Privacy policy.

Links to other websites

The website links to and embeds content from other services, such as YouTube and Google Maps. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
